How do I track my order?
Go to Orders in the bottom navigation or your account page. Click on any order to see its live tracking status and delivery timeline.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Go to Returns in your account to request a return.
How long does delivery take?
Local sellers: 1–3 business days within Lagos, 3–7 days for other states.
International (CJDropshipping): 7–21 business days depending on location.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details.
How do I become a seller?
Go to Sell on Shopbox from the menu. Fill out the seller registration form. After review, our team will contact you via WhatsApp for verification. Once approved, you can start uploading products.
When do sellers get paid?
Seller payouts are processed every Friday. Funds are held for 7 days after confirmed delivery before being released to ensure buyer satisfaction.
What items are prohibited on Shopbox?
Prohibited items include: alcohol, drugs/medications, weapons, counterfeit goods, tobacco, adult content, and homemade bleaching products. Full list in our Terms & Conditions.
